| Day I Dread consists of members from all parts of the US. We strive to put on a high energy live show. And believing in the philosophy of united we stand, divided we fall, with our music scene. We will do our best to help anyone out we can, and love to meet new people at every show.
Day I Dread officially started in 2003 with several changing lineups and band names dating back to 2002. Qucikly moving forward Day I Dread has released 3 EP's, and has shared the stage with some of the best that underground metal has to offer. Day I Dread will be releasing their 4th EP in late June 2006, with a 60+ date tour supporting it covering most of the US.

Day I Dread released their third EP "Your Skies Will Burn" in late 2005 and will release their fourth EP titled "The Realization In Waking Up" in June 2006.
Day I Dread is featured on the "Town That Ate It's Own Children Vol:1" compilation, released by Evil Genius Media. The compilation features the best in local music that western KY has to offer. Pick up a copy at shows or at any P-Mac music store.
